Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is a Content Creator an alternative to videography? What is the difference?

No, they are different and all depends on what you want. A wedding content creator focuses on capturing and sharing candid, behind-the-scenes moments for social media, often in real time, using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Videography is a professional service that produces polished, cinematic wedding films using high-end equipment. They complement each other rather than replace one another.

Do I need a Photographer if I have a Content Creator booked?

Yes, a Content Creator captures casual, in-the-moment clips and photos for quick sharing, while a Photographer delivers high-quality, professionally edited images for albums, prints, and long-term keepsakes. They serve different purposes and work well together.

How many videos will I get? When can I expect to receive them by?

This will be dependent on the package that you have booked. However, every booking can expect hundreds of raw video footage. I aim to deliver all raw video footage within 24 hours (or 48-72 hours at peak periods).

How do I receive my content?

To share all content, this will be dependent on your mobile device.

If you are an apple user, this will be sent over by a 'Shared Album' in the photos app.

If you are an android user, this will be sent over by a 'Shared Album' in the Google Photo's app where a link will be sent to you by email and/or message/iMessage and/or WhatsApp.

Alternatively, Dropbox can also be used to share all content.

How far do you travel?

I will travel anywhere I am needed, however, dependent on location additonal fees may be applied - this will be discussed at the time of booking. Should your venue be over a certain amount of hours away, I will also need to request a hotel stay nearby for the night before (and possibly the night of, depending on distance).

I am also available for destination weddings, so if you’re a couple getting married abroad get in touch and we can discuss bespoke packages.

What happens if you can’t make it?

For any unforeseen circumstances such as an emergency, illness etc and I can’t make it, i would do my upmost to find a suitable replacement Content Creator to take my place on the day.

When is my final balance due?

As stated in your contract, your final balance will be due 1 month prior to the wedding.
