Hi, I'm rhys.
The person behind Coles Content.
I'm the person behind the camera, the phone and all the little moments that makes your wedding day yours.
I created Coles Content because I believe your wedding memories shouldn't just be beautiful, they should feel like you!
MY STORY
My journey into wedding photography began after seeing a family member have an experience that simply wasn't what their wedding memories deserved. From their photographer leaving early, difficulties receiving their final images and photographs that didn't reflect the quality promised, I saw first-hand how disappointing it can be when such an important service falls short.
It made me realise how much trust couples place in their photographer and I knew I wanted to create an experience where couples could feel confident that their memories were in safe hands.
Then, on 7th June 2025, I became a groom myself. We chose a wedding content creator instead of a traditional videographer, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.
Within 24–48 hours, we were reliving our wedding through candid moments and our highlight video. Watching it together on our honeymoon brought us to tears; it captured not just our day, but how it felt.
That's exactly how I want every couple I work with to feel.
Whether through instant content or timeless photography, my aim is to capture the moments you didn't see, the feelings you never want to forget and the memories you'll want to relive for years to come.
a little about me
When I'm not behind the camera, I'm a long-haul cabin crew for a very reputable and famous airline, a husband to my gorgeous husband Rob and a very proud dog dad to our fur baby, Ralph.
I'm naturally drawn to capturing the moments that matter, whether that's a wedding, a growing family, a new arrival, a birthday, an engagement or simply the personalities of our four-legged friends.
For me, content creation and photography are all about creating memories you can look back on and instantly remember how that moment felt.
When I'm not flying around the world, you'll usually find me behind the camera, doing what I love most - capturing life's special moments.
Relaxed. personal. present.
I'm not there to take over your wedding day, I'm there to become part of it.
I'll give you direction when you need it, disappear into the background when you don't and make sure you all the moments that matter are captured naturally.
